STEVE KLEINBERG - CEO
Steve has over twenty years senior management experience in sales, marketing and general management of
marketing agencies, entertainment properties, record labels, record retail and music distribution companies.
Steve joined Drillteam as CEO in 2004 helping to establish many notable brand programs including Toyota Heya, Target College Engagement Marketing, NY Magazine Event Activation, Nestle Advocacy Programs.
Prior to Drillteam, Steve was a senior marketing executive in the music business, helping build the careers of popular music artists for various labels within the Warner Music Group. Steve has a degree in Business and Music from New York University.

JENNIFER VAN DER MEER - VP STRATEGY
Jennifer van der Meer is a strategist, teacher, and speaker focused on developing sustainable relationships
between people, products and brands.
A former Wall Street Analyst and Economist, Jen has held executive management roles at Organic and Frog Design. She has provided brand strategy, research, product design consulting, and technology marketing strategy to clients such as MTV, Chase, Nextel, Interface Inc., Disney, and GE.
At Drillteam, Jen serves in the role of lead strategist, and has conducted research and brand engagement plans for Toyota, Nestle, Saucony, Neiman Marcus, and Target. In addition to serving on the boards of the Designers Accord and o2NYC, Jennifer writes and speaks on the topic of green marketing and design, and is an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s ITP school.
Jen has a BA in comparative religion from Trinity College, and an MBA from HEC in France.

LISA LAHDE - ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, COMMUNITY
Lisa Lahde has a deep history in interactive marketing, launching some of the Internet's earliest big brands,
such as Amazon.com, Starwave, and Preview Travel (now Travelocity). She also conducted marketing efforts
for groundbreaking companies such as togglethis, who created some of the earliest, consumer-facing graphic
avatars on the Internet.
At Deja News, widely considered the original Web-based community, Lisa worked with the management team to transform the site’s vast content and user base into a shopping platform centered on consumer-generated ratings and reviews. Following that, she created one of the first online boutiques catering to emerging fashion designers, and quickly cultivated a 250,000+ customer base.
For Drillteam, Lisa directs the advocacy efforts for Nestle brand ambassador communities, including program strategy and execution.

NADIA UDDIN - ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, COMMUNITY
Nadia Uddin is a seasoned marketer with specialized experience in developing and executing multi-media,
consumer engagement programs for clients such as AstraZeneca, General Motors, New York Life, Nissan,
and Stoli.
Prior to joining Powered, Nadia oversaw business development and sales for ChaCha Mobile, the fastest growing SMS Q&A platform. She also developed and sold cross-platform digital programs for Time, Inc., Hearst, and Hachette Filipacchi, the world’s largest global publishers.
At Drillteam, Nadia serves as the lead on various Nestle advocacy and social media programs.
Nadia has a BA in English from University of Texas. She has also completed special interest certifications through the Brasenose College at Oxford University and the Publishing Institute at New York University.

CHARLES LIM - SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST
Charles Lim is a strategist, a CPA, an entrepreneur and a former Peace Corps volunteer. Charles’s
main areas of interest are consumer psychology and behavior, social shopping, branding, online
measurement and metrics, and game design applied to interactive social web experiences.
Charles has in-depth corporate auditing experience, working with traditional and emerging media companies. His Master's studies in International Media and Communications focused on New and Emerging Media, working with companies such as Warner Home Entertainment and Medicom Interaction.
He currently serves as Founder and CEO of Faven.net, a social shopping website, and participated in the founding semester of the Founder Institute in New York City.
Charles has a BA in English literature from UC Berkeley, and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.

MIKE DESUTTER - DESIGN DIRECTOR
Mike DeSutter is a graphic designer and photographer. Mike’s eclectic background includes content management for
Insound.com and graphic design for Purdue University’s Housing and Food Services department.
As Drillteam’s design director, Mike handles design, creative direction, and management of freelance designers, illustrators and photographers. His design influence permeates nearly every website, event flyer, glossy fashion ad or screenprint that Drillteam produces.
As an art & design enthusiast and independent publisher, he recently published his first design book, Weird Weight by Andy Dixon. Mike has a BA in Art Studies with a concentration in Photography from Purdue University.

TRAVIS HARDMAN - DIRECTOR OF IT
As Director of IT at Drillteam, Travis serves as lead information architect and developer on all technical projects,
including design and development of the Talkshop community platform.
Travis’s portfolio as an information architect includes microsites, editorial sites, and online communities, featuring re-designs of CooksIllustrated.com and Playboy.com. As a developer, he is proficient in many of today’s most popular web technologies, including PHP, Python, Javascript / Ajax, and Flash.
His previous job at iNDELIBLE Media Corp focused on management of web development, graphic design, and video production, resulting in integrated online experiences for M·A·C Cosmetics, Citigroup, NBC Universal, Sony, and others. He also worked to develop online marketing strategies for Pfizer, Virgin Mobile, and Publisher’s Clearing House. He has a BA in Theoretical Economics from New York University.
